I coach individuals, groups of managers, HR-departments and whole companies in how to work and live with less stress, more energy and clarity. To gain insight and break old habits and work patterns, I use motivational coaching, mindfulness tools, current situation analyses and workshops. The result is often an aha-moment and a feeling of great possibilities.
Great changes are often a result of simple and concrete ideas. My approach is very pragmatic with the motto “learning by doing”. I listen and keep asking the question “why”, in a curious and often challenging way. Thus I am able to give my clients – individuals as well as organization – relevant, measurable, enjoyable solutions.
A strategy without action is futile. But action is not only activities – it is also about Corporate climate and creating a Culture of health. I give my clients “a push” to act outside their comfort zones and tread new paths. We work in a close collaboration questioning the “usual way” to unlock hidden possibilities and start acting for positive result.
